Recollect & Re-Experience the Loss
Grief is a complicated and misunderstood process. Through a series of 6 sessions, we will collaboratively work together to untangle the web of hurt and confusion that grief and loss leave behind. In this month’s session, we will focus on the recollection and experience of grief.
Adult Anxiety Workshop: Boundaries & Balance
In a world where we juggle school, work, parenting, and other obligations, it is easy to become overwhelmed. This workshop will teach adults how to implement healthy boundaries as a preventative tool for burnout.
Spring Break Virtual Mini Camp
Brown Girl Collective is hosting a Virtual 4-day Mini-Camp experience during Spring Break Week for girls 11-15 years old. The theme this year is Bloom- where they are focusing on self-awareness, confidence & growth through the exploration of Creative Arts & Nature right where we're planted during this time.
During the mini camp, Chanel will be leading girls in a workshop- "Sowing & Growing" from Seeds to Success where will focus on strength exploration and developing SMART goals.
